Who We Are
Squid City Slingers are a five-piece folkgrass band from Duluth, Minnesota, known for energetic, approachable live shows built around original songs, unexpected covers, big harmonies, and serious musicianship.
A set can move from an original to a ’90s grunge cover to a bluegrass standard and somehow make it all belong together. The band brings plenty of personality to the stage, quickly making first-time listeners feel like part of the night.
Featured by NPR’s Great American Folk Show and PBS Backroads, Squid City Slingers perform throughout the Midwest and Canada at festivals, concert series, listening rooms, and independent venues.
Their new EP, River Bottom Reveries, arrives September 19, 2026.
